Sometimes, truly understanding a concept comes down to having an instructor who is patient, approachable, and able to teach at your pace. At Phlebotomy Techniques, LLC, we believe quality education starts with exceptional instruction.
Our lead instructor brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and professional training, with a diverse background that includes hospital settings, outpatient laboratories, pediatric offices, blood donor centers, and leadership roles as a phlebotomy coordinator responsible for training new staff and supervising student internships. With more than 10 years of classroom experience, she specializes in engaging lectures, live demonstrations, and hands-on training designed specifically for our Phlebotomy Technician Programs and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Programs. She is a Certified Phlebotomy Instructor (CPI) and holds two national certifications as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician through ASCP and NPS. She also holds two national certifications for Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Instructor (CCMAI), along with a National Allied Health Instructor Certification—ensuring students receive instruction that meets the highest professional standards.
